In 2011, Prologis acquired a 60-hectare PSA Peugeot site in Moissy-Cramayel and redeveloped over 160,000 square meters of existing logistics buildings into a 240,000 square meter facility.

Prologis Park Moissy 2 Les Chevrons responds to our environmental commitment and also contributes to the surrounding community economically and socially

The new buildings have double environmental certification (LEED, BREEAM, HQE), and project management is certified ISO 14001. We reused and/or recycled as much demolition waste as possible. We built eco-sustainable, high-performance, low-energy consumption buildings by installing quality insulation and LED lighting.

We also installed on each plot an innovative rainwater management system that reduces the risk of flooding, limits pollution and offers new urban planning solutions for the community. Thanks to this system, we help reduce congestion in the public wastewater network and prevent disruption to the water table. In addition, installation of various infiltration structures enhances landscaping, contributing to both users well-being and the aesthetic value of the site.

The park was designed to enhance and improve the surrounding environment. As a member of Conseil International Biodiversité et Immobilier (CIBI), Prologis is committed to ensure a BiodiverCity approach, a label that aims to enhance urban biodiversity over the life of the project by installing bee hives, shelters for various indigenous mammals and managing the landscape environmentally.
